Pricing

Cakes:  

Every cake is unique and needs its own amount of pixie dust to make it magicial, and so every price is also unique!

Minimum order is for 15 servings (smallest available single cake size, with the exception of mini cakes and smash cakes).

Smash Cakes: Coordinating "smash" cakes are $20 each with a larger cake purchase or $25 without. Please note, smash cakes are 6" round x 2" high and do not have filling. There will be an additional charge for extra detailing. Smash cakes are for baby/toddler birthdays only (up to age 3) and baby photo shoots.

Cupcakes: Cupcakes start at $36 per dozen with a buttercream swirl and pearls. Fondant toppers are an extra charge and will vary depending on the details.

Serving Size: Rule of thumb is 1" slices. Serving sizes are based on Wilton's standard party size of roughly 1.5" x 2" or 1" x 3," both at 3" - 4" high. Wedding cake servings are 1" x 2".

Cake tiers taller than 4" will have an additional charge. Sculpted cakes may be shorter or taller depending on what is needed to meet the design requirements.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. It will be applied to the total cost of the cake. The deposit is refundable with cancellations up until 15 days prior to the date. Deposits will not be refunded for cakes cancelled within 15 days of the due date. Deposits show customer commitment, and due to high demand, GSC cannot hold dates without a deposit. Deposit needs to be made within one week of deciding your cake details.

***For party cakes that are still 2+ months off, we require a $100 deposit to hold your spot. Wedding cakes require a $500 deposit.  Final detail and pricing will be determined closer to your cake due date.

Tax: Sales tax is already included in the pricing of the cake.

Rush Orders: Rush orders are an additional $20 flat rate. Rush orders are orders placed within 1 week's notice (7 days or less). This may seem like a lot, but please realize that a late order on your part requires late nights for us and unexpected time away from our families, in order to make your event fantastic! Isn't it right that we be compensated for being out past midnight, when our coach has turned back into a pumpkin and we've only one glass slipper?

Cake Stands: Cake stands can be rented for $35/day. The day you receive your cake is day 1. You will be charged $35 per day until it is returned to GSC. Returning the cake stand is your responsibility.

Delivery: Delivery is available upon request, provided GSC has availablity on the date and time you need it. It is $1.25 per round trip mile. Otherwise, you are responsible for picking up your cake.

Set up/Service Fees: Should time be needed to set up your cake or to serve your cake, fees are $50 per hour and charged in increments of 1/4 hours.

Returned Checks: There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.
